Pick n Pay is offering an exciting 12-month SETA-funded Graduate Programme designed for young, enthusiastic diploma graduates eager to launch their careers in either Human Resources or Marketing. OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLEHuman Resources (HR)

Gain broad, hands-on exposure across different areas of HR and experience what it is like to work in a dynamic corporate environment. This includes learning about recruitment, employee relations, talent management, HR administration, and contributing to the overall people strategy of a large organization. Graduates will develop a comprehensive understanding of HR operations and its strategic importance, working alongside experienced professionals to support the workforce.

Marketing
