About the Company You'll Be Working With

You'll be joining a fast-growing European clean energy company, helping homeowners switch to solar and heat pump solutions. The company is scaling its network of independent sales partners across Germany and is building a small, focused telesales team to drive that growth.

The Opportunity

This is a telesales role at its core: you'll be on the phone daily, running structured outbound campaigns to recruit independent sales partners, not selling directly to homeowners. You'll be calling self-employed commercial agents, financial and insurance brokers, and real estate agents, pitching a partnership model and booking qualified consultations for the company's partner team.

We're hiring 4–5 agents for this first phase, so you'll be part of a small, high-output team with real ownership over your pipeline and results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Running high-volume outbound calling campaigns to self-employed agents, brokers, and real estate professionals

  • Pitching the partnership model clearly and confidently, and handling objections in real time

  • Qualifying interest and booking 1-on-1 consultations for the partner management team

  • Working toward clear monthly call and conversion targets

  • Logging call outcomes and next steps accurately in the CRM

  • Sharing patterns and insights from your calls back with the team

  • Following data protection, compliance, and call guidelines at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent German is a must — all calls are conducted in German

  • Prior outbound sales / telesales experience is required, ideally in B2B phone acquisition or partner acquisition

  • Ideally, background in financial services, insurance, real estate, mortgage financing, energy, or telecommunications

  • Confidence speaking with independent sales reps, managing directors, and sales leaders

  • A driven, resilient communicator who's comfortable working toward targets

  • Strong objection handling and consistent, disciplined follow-up

  • Comfortable with structured CRM documentation and a high standard of data quality

  • Available during core hours, 9:00–17:00 CET, Monday to Friday

Backgrounds That Tend to Fit Well

  • B2B SDR, Telesales Agent, or Inside Sales Representative

  • Outbound call agent focused on appointment setting for business clients

  • Former sales professional from insurance, financial advisory, or real estate

  • Partner or affiliate acquisition specialist

  • Experience in broker pool, structured sales, or field sales recruiting

What's On Offer

  • Attractive compensation

  • Fully remote work, fixed weekday hours, 9:00–17:00 CET, no weekends

  • The chance to join a telesales team at an early, formative stage with real visibility on results

  • Exposure to a fast-moving, high-growth clean energy company

  • Access to The Global Talent Co.'s wider professional community of 25,000+ global professionals

At The Global Talent Co., we believe great talent exists everywhere. We're proud to connect professionals across the globe with companies that value what they bring.
