Salary: Day shift £13.50 per hour / Night shift £15.00 per hour

We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable Further Processing Production Operatives to join our fast-paced production environment at Cranswick Convenience Foods. As part of our Further Processing team, you\'ll play a vital role in handling and preparing high-quality food products that reach millions of consumers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manually lift and load product logs into dolavs (large storage containers) for further processing
  • Operate within a fast-paced production environment, ensuring product quality and safety at all times
  • Adhere to all health & safety and food hygiene regulations
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
  • Follow standard operating procedures and report any deviations or issues promptly

What We\'re Looking For:

  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling and repetitive lifting
  • Comfortable working in a cold and high-paced food production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team
