Fully Remote (Work from Home) - Entry Level Sales - Experience not required

The Bradford Agency, in partnership with Symmetry Financial Group, powered by Quility Financial is looking for a commission-based sales representative to join our team in our [location] office. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers in order to sell our product and/or services. Commissions are substantially higher than industry average with the ability and opportunity to earn raises every month to every three months depending on your level. For example: You have the Opportunity to give yourself a 5% - 15% raise in your first 30 - 90 days.
What kind of income could you earn?
Examples below are Averages. You can earn less or more depending on a variety of factors including but not limited to: Your skill, Your activity, Your coachability, Your dedication and commitment.


Spare time - 5-10 hrs/week Average monthly income = $480 - $1,126
Part time - 14-20 hrs/week Average monthly income = $1,571 - $3,846
Full time - 30-35 hrs/week Average monthly income = $5,485 - $8,619
Full time+ - 40-50 hrs/week Average monthly income = $10,821 - $15,216

*The number of hours you work is completely up to you and you can vary from week to week.

Requirements:
  • Entry level Sales Position - no special skills needed. Proven training system is provided
  • Must be eligible for and willing to acquire a State Life Insurance license
  • Basic Computer/phone skills
  • Ability to speak with a large range of individuals
  • Must be Coachable
  • Must have the desire to succeed
  • This is a work from home or anywhere position. You must have a place from which to work, making calls and being on camera for Zoom meetings. It should be reasonably quiet and mostly distraction free
  • Only residents of the United States are eligible for this position
