We are expanding and looking for recruiters who are confident in sourcing, screening and identifying quality candidates across a variety of industries and positions.What You Will Do

  • Source suitable candidates for vacancies allocated to you
  • Advertise vacancies through your own networks and sourcing platforms
  • Search for candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, social media and other sourcing methods
  • Screen CVs against detailed job specifications
  • Conduct initial candidate screening
  • Verify candidate availability, salary expectations, notice periods and location
  • Submit suitable, fully screened candidates to Jobs4All
  • Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

We Are Looking For Recruiters Who

  • Have previous recruitment, talent sourcing or HR recruitment experience
  • Understand how to screen a CV properly against a job specification
  • Are comfortable recruiting for specialised and hard-to-fill positions
  • Have strong candidate sourcing skills
  • Are professional and reliable
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Can work independently and manage their own time
  • Have access to a computer/laptop, reliable internet and telephone
  • Are target-driven and motivated by successful placements
