Job Title: Full TimeContractor (Freelance basis) - Finance Assistant

Company: Greens Team Ltd, Pinewood Studios, Iver, SL0 0NH – office based role only (no hybrid/remote).

Salary: c. £38k, dependent on experience

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 08:30 – 17:30

Contract Type: Contractor (Freelance basis) – min. 6 months

Start Date: October 2025

Closing Date: 26 September 2025

Location: Greens Team Ltd, Pinewood Studios, Iver, SL0 0NH – office based only

Industry/Environment: Film and television production set dressings and related finance administration

Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping for Greens Team Ltd and associated companies: data entry, bank reconciliations, monthly reporting
  • Assembling invoices for billing to film production companies; liaising with in-house production coordinators, buyers, and production companies’ finance departments
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Holiday cover for finance colleagues

Qualifications and Experience

  • ICB Level 3 or equivalent
  • Familiar with Xero accounting and other accounting software
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel
  • Minimum 10 years experience
  • Film industry experience
