Key Responsibilities

Records & Filing

  • Maintain an accurate and well-organised filing system
  • Retrieve, copy and distribute documents on request
  • Order and manage office supplies and stationery

Office Support

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Capture and update data accurately on the relevant system
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and handle correspondence

Requirements

  • Previous administrative or office-support experience
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Qualifications

National Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
