The Role

Are you passionate about travel and eager to help clients plan their dream cruise holidays? As a Cruise Sales Consultant, you'll work from home, providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on

a wide range of cruise options. You'll have access to extensive resources to help you succeed.

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients via phone, email, social media, and live chat to understand their cruise preferences.
  • Provide tailored cruise recommendations, including ancillary products like insurance.
  • Participate in promotional activities to increase your client base.
  • Utilise social media platforms to convert enquiries into bookings

About You

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in travel agency sales, with a strong sales record.
  • Excellent knowledge of cruise products and operator reservation systems.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and/or the Google Suite of products including Chrome, Gmail and Sheets etc.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing your own business.
