Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, execute, and market intramural sports programs, including setting up courts, organizing tournaments, and recruiting volunteers and referees. Conduct personal training sessions and small group fitness classes, and provide proper conditioning and guidance to facility users. Assist in the planning, marketing, and execution of ongoing intramural programs, and conduct personal training for facility users. Essential Qualifications To be eligible for this position, you must have: Demonstrated work experience in carrying out a basic physical fitness program. A valid Fitness or Personal Trainer Certificate (e.g. NASM-CPT, CSCS, TSAC-F). The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered highly preferred: An undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field such as Exercise Science, Physical Education, or Kinesiology.
