Position Overview

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you will be the frontline guardian of our client’s customer experience during the critical late‑night hours. Your primary responsibility will be to manage emergency outages, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide exceptional support to customers who rely on our client’s services after hours. This role demands a blend of technical aptitude, empathy, and the ability to think on your feet in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers experiencing outages or service disruptions.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues using a range of diagnostic tools and knowledge bases.
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate technical teams while maintaining clear communication with customers.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating patience, professionalism, and a proactive approach.
  • Participate in nightly shift briefings and debriefings to share insights, updates, and best practices.
