Job Description To provide subject matter expertise, lead and drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of endpoint solutions and integrated communication systems within a dedicated infrastructure applications portfolio (SBSA) to ensure a secure and efficient work environment as well as seamless communication and collaboration across various platforms. To protect the organisation's computer systems and networks from cyber threats, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data.

Qualifications

Relevant certifications such as Citrix Certified Associate/Professional (CCA/CCP), Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent.

Experience with ZTNA vendor certifications (e.g., Zscaler, Palo Alto Prisma, Cato Networks or similar).

Familiarity with ITIL processes; ITIL Foundation certification is advantageous.

Exposure to scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python) for endpoint management tasks.

Experience working in hybrid or multi-cloud environments.

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in an Endpoint or Remote Services role within an enterprise environment.

Strong hands-on expertise with Citrix technologies, including:

Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) / VDI

Citrix NetScaler / ADC (VPN, load balancing, gateway configuration)

Citrix application hosting and provisioning

Experience managing Windows 365 Cloud PCs, including Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Azure AD.

Solid understanding and practical experience with ZTNA concepts and solutions (e.g., Zscaler Private Access, Citrix Secure Private Access, Cato Networks or equivalent).

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services.

Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS management, Group Policy, and endpoint security practices.

Experience with monitoring and alerting tools relevant to virtualised environments.

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving.

Additional Information

Key Responsibilities:

Administer, maintain, and optimise the Citrix environment, including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), NetScaler VPN, and application hosting solutions. Manage and support the Windows 365 Cloud PC platform, including provisioning, policy management, and user lifecycle.

Collaborate with security, networking, and infrastructure teams to align endpoint solutions with organisational security standards. Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures. Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes in line with ITIL best practices. Contribute to project delivery, including new technology rollouts, upgrades, and migrations. Provide Level 3 technical support and act as an escalation point for endpoint-related issues.
