We’re aiming high and are on an unprecedented period of change ahead with capital investment of £400m+. In this exciting time for Bristol Airport, we are looking for an Ecommerce and Digital Performance Manager to support our growth strategy.

Base salary range: £60,000 – £70,000 depending on experience.

What you’ll do

  • Define and lead the ecommerce strategy for Parking and Airport ancillary revenue streams and communicate the vision across the business.
  • Lead the development roadmap for our ecommerce channels, driving continuous improvement through conversion rate optimisation, ATV growth and enhanced user experience.
  • Manage PPC and affiliate performance, ensuring agencies deliver demonstrable ROI and a cost‑effective route to market.
  • Lead the SEO strategy to protect and optimise natural search rankings for parking and adapt to changing AI landscape.
  • Own the relationship with our ecommerce platform providers, ensuring delivery of agreed SLAs and projects on time and budget.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams on coordinated campaigns that drive direct bookings through CRM, promotions and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on ecommerce KPIs, identifying opportunities for conversion rate optimisation and ATV growth.
  • Collaborate with IT and Finance to ensure third‑party suppliers are cyber‑security and PCI compliant and that payment providers deliver a positive user experience.
  • Stay abreast of ecommerce and AI trends and innovations, applying relevant insights to improve performance and competitiveness.
  • Co‑coach and develop the Ecommerce Executive, fostering a high‑performing and skilled team.

What you’ll bring

  • A proven track record of defining and implementing an ecommerce strategy for a significant revenue stream.
  • Experience working with agencies to deliver PPC targets and strategies.
  • Extensive experience using ecommerce platforms, conversion rate optimisation, Google Analytics, SEO and user experience.
  • Proven success in briefing, managing and implementing strategic ecommerce development projects.
  • Creative, problem‑solving abilities with a commercial and results‑focused mindset.
  • Strong understanding of relevant and emerging ecommerce and AI technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets.
  • Understanding of PCI compliance and relevant legal requirements.
  • Line manager or coaching experience.
