Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) and lesson strategies for children with special needs. Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that accommodates diverse learning styles and abilities. Utilize specialized teaching methods and adaptive resources to facilitate learning and development. Collaborate closely with specialists (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists) and parents to support each child's progress. Observe, assess, and document children's developmental progress, adjusting educational plans as needed. Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing guidance and support regarding their child's needs and progress. Requirements Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education with a specialization in Special Needs education. Proven experience working with young children with disabilities or developmental delays. Deep understanding of special education methodologies, developmental milestones, and inclusive practices. Excellent observation, assessment, and documentation skills. Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
