Resposibilities:

  • The E-learning Developer designs, develops, and maintains engaging digital learning content and modules aligned with Cartrack’s training objectives and brand standards.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to translate technical and operational content into learner-friendly materials, creating interactive multimedia elements, and ensuring content compatibility and performance within learning management systems.
  • Applying instructional design principles, adhering to SCORM and other e-learning standards, testing and troubleshooting courses, and continuously improving learning experiences based on feedback and learning analytics.
  • Supports training initiatives by updating existing courses, documenting development processes, and contributing to best practices in digital learning across the organization.
Requirments:
  • National Senior Certificate/ Grade 12
  • Training and Development Diploma or similar qualification
  • Proven track record of previous e-learning project material design, storyboarding and development
  • Articulate Storyline and Moodle Certification
  • Strong skills in E-Learning Development, including authoring tools and multimedia integration.
  • Proficiency in Instructional Design and Training & Development to create effective learning experiences.
  • Experience with Learning Management systems for course deployment, tracking, and reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or fleet management environments is an advantage.
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in e-Learning development and content creation
