The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and enhance POP MART UK’s online platforms, contributing to brand growth and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

This role will report directly to the Head of Retail UK, and work closely with HQ in China for technical and brand support. The ideal candidate will be able to take full ownership of our e-commerce operations and contribute to the strategic evolution of our digital presence as our physical retail continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and monitor daily orders, deliveries, and manage issues around returns and refunds
  • Manage inventory across platforms and coordinate with warehousing to ensure availability
  • Maintain product listings and optimise content for conversion
  • Provide timely and effective customer service across digital channels
  • Monitor customer feedback and help implement service improvements
  • Analyse sales performance and platform data, identifying opportunities for growth
  • Execute digital promotions, ensuring accuracy and campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align online efforts with retail operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, ideally within retail or consumer goods
  • Strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms and digital marketing practices
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing or related field
  • High proficiency in Excel/data analysis
  • Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
  • Multitasker, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure

Desirable

  • Previous experience in collectible toys, pop culture, or lifestyle brands
  • Familiarity with UK/European e-commerce ecosystems
  • Experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
