You will be instrumental in shaping our online identity and driving significant revenue growth through effective marketplace management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire product catalog lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compelling presentation of all product information, high-quality images, and engaging videos.
  • Implement and continuously monitor pricing strategies, promotional offers, and customer discounts to drive sales velocity and maintain a strong competitive advantage.
  • Monitor inventory levels rigorously and coordinate proactively with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal product availability and mitigate potential stock-out situations.
  • Analyze sales data, identify emerging market trends, and evaluate competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the collection and management of customer reviews and ratings, implementing proactive strategies to improve customer satisfaction and solicit valuable product feedback.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, IT, and product development teams to ensure successful launches of new products, features, and integrated campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on marketplace platforms to significantly increase product visibility, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Generate comprehensive regular performance reports, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and strategic adjustments.
  • Stay meticulously up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, platform updates, algorithmic changes, and cutting-edge digital marketing techniques.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or dedicated marketplace management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing online storefronts to drive measurable sales growth and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Strong foundational understanding of e-commerce platforms, search engine optimization (SEO) principles, and effective digital advertising strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, and make data-driven strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar robust data analysis tools for reporting and insights generation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships and working effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
  • Highly self-motivated, meticulously detail-oriented, and able to efficiently manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a closely related field.
  • Direct experience with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) or specific marketplace management tools.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the retail health, beauty, or wellness industry landscape.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) or proven experience in managing complex digital projects.

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive salary package complemented by performance-based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including medical aid and various wellness programs.
  • Flexible remote work environment that promotes work-life balance.
  • Significant opportunities for professional development, continuous learning, and clear career growth trajectories within the Clicks Group.
