Join the marketing team at UniHomes during an exciting growth phase. We are seeking a data-driven and creative Paid Media Marketing Executive to develop and optimize B2C campaigns across digital channels, aiming to increase awareness, generate leads, and achieve measurable results.

You will work closely with the B2C Performance Marketing Manager and a strategic paid media agency, leveraging your expertise in paid search and paid social to enhance campaign performance and support our marketing goals. This role offers a chance to impact a rapidly scaling company significantly.


Key responsibilities:
  • Utilize paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads) to plan, build, and optimize campaigns.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, generate insights, and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple brands and audience segments, tailoring content accordingly.
  • Create compelling ads aligned with brand voice and messaging.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance data for continual optimization.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights for future strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted paid search and social media campaigns.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and PPC innovations to implement new strategies.

Skills and experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a data-driven digital marketing role or relevant marketing/analytics degree with hands-on experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and familiarity with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Strong data analysis skills for campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content.
  • Google Ads, Bing Ads, or similar PPC certifications are advantageous.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive with strong attention to detail and responsiveness to business needs.
