Introduction

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator based in Bronkhorstspruit; Pretoria to join our dynamic team.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is the growth engine of the dealership’s digital ecosystem — responsible for driving lead generation, digital conversion, platform accuracy, and brand visibility.

This is not a passive marketing role. It is a performance-driven, commercially accountable position that sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations.

The role requires Active Digital Management, meaning:

  • Daily monitoring of campaigns, leads, and performance dashboards
  • Direct influence on lead-to-sale conversion
  • Ownership of digital pipeline contribution to dealership revenue

Key Areas of Responsibility (Expanded)

 

1. Digital Lead Generation & Conversion (The Revenue Engine)

 

  • Drive qualified lead generation across all digital channels
  • Own lead-to-sale conversion metrics in partnership with Sales Managers
  • Monitor CRM pipelines — no lead exists unless tracked and actioned
  • Analyse daily performance dashboards and optimise campaigns
  • Execute lead recovery strategies for aged or unconverted enquiries
  • Ensure marketing directly contributes to monthly sales and GP targets

 

2. Platform Integrity & Stock Visibility (The Digital Showroom)

 

  • Ensure 100% accuracy across all digital platforms (AutoTrader, websites, OEM platforms)
  • Enforce vehicle visibility within 12–24 hours of arrival
  • Maintain zero-defect standards for:
  • Vehicle pricing
  • Specs and descriptions
  • Images and video assets
  • Drive weekly pricing reviews aligned to competitor analysis and stock ageing

 

3. Paid Media & ROI Optimisation (The Performance Layer)

 

  • Manage and optimise campaigns across:
    • Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
    • Google Ads
    • TikTok
    • YouTube
  • Track and report on:
    • Cost per lead (CPL)
    • Conversion rate
    • Return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Ensure all campaigns are directly linked to lead pipeline and vehicle sales
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

 

4. Brand, OEM & Campaign Execution

 

  • Ensure 100% compliance with OEM marketing standards and scorecards
  • Execute OEM campaigns and activations to a premium standard
  • Manage influencer and partnership campaigns to grow brand reach
  • Support marketing budget allocation aligned to ROI targets

 

5. Social Media & Reputation Management (The Trust Layer)

 

  • Manage all dealership social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Drive consistent audience growth and engagement
  • Ensure:
    • Daily engagement response (≤1 hour)
    • Monthly reporting and insights
  • Protect and grow digital reputation:
    • Google Reviews (target 4.5+ rating)
    • Industry review platforms

 

6. Content & Phygital Experience (The Harrods Touch)

 

  • Develop high-quality, conversion-driven content:
  • Video walkthroughs
  • Social campaigns
  • Website content
  • Execute a monthly content calendar aligned to sales objectives
  • Ensure content reflects:
  • Brand identity
  • Stock priorities
  • Customer journey optimisation
  • Maintain premium visual standards across all platforms

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Media – Advantageous
  • Digital Marketing certifications (Google, Meta) – Preferred

 

Experience Requirements

 

  • 3–5 years in Digital Marketing within automotive, retail, or high-volume sales environments
  • Proven track record in:
  • Driving online leads
  • Converting digital demand into sales
  • Experience working with CRM systems and digital dashboards

Package & Remuneration

Location: Bronkhorstspruit; Pretoria 

Salary: R17 000 – R20 000 p/m
