We have an exciting opportunity in Dermatology to become part of the medical secretary team to be based at the William Harvey Hospital. This is a medical secretary post as work with some clinicians completing clinics, typing and PTL work for the Dermatology team in achieving national and local targets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a flexible, dynamic and close working team. Previous applicants need not apply.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will be part of the Dermatology Team and will be responsible for the day-to-day medical secretary administration. The administrative role within the patients’ pathway from the decision to treat electively, to the date of admission and complete clinics typing within the trust targets. Support with other administrative roles. Patient pathway validation, booking of appointments, chasing results & PTL management.
