Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements: - Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level qualification - Proven experience in retail or online order fulfilment preferred - Computer literacy, specifically proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and delegate effectively - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality - Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complaints and operational issues promptly - Flexibility to work various shifts as required - Knowledge of standard operating procedures and company policies

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the entire online order fulfillment process ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Manage and lead the online fulfillment team, providing coaching, training, and support to optimize performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to maintain exceptional customer service standards.
  • Monitor order picking and substitution calls, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with delivery partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Plan, organize, and report daily activities, identifying issues and escalating as required to the Departmental Manager.
  • Manage stock levels, perform spot checks, and ensure proper handling of returned or cancelled items.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, operating procedures, and shrinkage prevention protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while ensuring all online fulfillment equipment is properly used and maintained.
