Job Purpose We are seeking entry-level Sales Consultants who are eager to build a career in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for individuals with limited or no formal sales experience but a strong willingness to learn, grow, and succeed in a performance-driven setting.

Successful candidates will engage with customers through various communication channels, understand their needs, and assist in offering suitable solutions while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Outputs The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Engaging with customers through appropriate communication channels (e.g. phone, email, digital platforms)
  • Identifying customer needs and providing relevant information or solutions
  • Supporting sales activities and contributing to the achievement of team targets
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Handling customer queries and resolving issues within defined service levels
  • Following internal processes, guidelines, and compliance requirements
  • Managing own tasks and administration effectively
  • Delivering a consistent and positive customer experience
  • Escalating complex queries when required
