A Data Processor verifies drivers workings hours as captured by drivers in their logbooks with the tracking system and information captured in the Operational Hour Sheet.

The correct information is captured to ensure that drivers are remunerated correctly. In addition, they flag driver and/or operational activities that needs to be addressed by their supervisor.

Your areas of responsibility: 1.

Driver Hours Verify

Drivers hours as entered in Logbooks vs Tracking, along with the Operations Department Hour Sheet Capture driver hours calculated on a daily basis, on the payroll spreadsheet Flag any drivers who drive without permission Log all instances where a driver is in clear violation of company policy or instruction on Asana and assigned to the Operations Manager Investigate all discrepancies Log all queries on Asana Resolve all queries before the 20th of each month, the note outcome on Asana Submit all data to HR for monthly payroll 2.

Payroll Data

List and recheck all drivers who exceeded 400 hours and 360 hours for the month Submit report to the Head of Department Assist with driver hour or pay queries, as per the Driver Pay Query SOP 3.

Analyse Data

Turnaround time at loading and off-loading points KPI Reports and Analysis Requirements: Past experience in a similar role is highly beneficial Experience with MS Office Suite High school degree or equivalent
