Food Preparation and Quality Control
  • Prepare, assemble, package, and serve food products according to KFC recipes, procedures, and quality standards.

  • Ensure food products meet required quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain clean, organised, and well-prepared food preparation areas.

Cash Handling and Customer Transactions
  • Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Process customer orders, payments, and transactions according to company procedures.
  • Handle cash and other payment methods responsibly.

Restaurant Cleanliness and Maintenance

Qualifications
  • Matric Certificate / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 1 year applicable work experience.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or quick-service restaurant environments will be advantageous.
Experience Requirements
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment is preferred.
  • Experience handling cash transactions and operating POS systems will be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of food preparation, hygiene standards, and restaurant operations will be an advantage.
