Customer Service Advisor (12 Months FTC)

Permanent, full-time (Hybrid working - 1 day per week in office) 8.30am to 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch.

What you\'ll do:

  1. Respond to inbound inquiries via various channels.
  2. Administer customer orders with great attention to detail to ensure successful outcomes.
  3. Collaborate seamlessly with operations teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
  4. Be curious about our customers\' needs to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
  5. Assist customers in navigating our digital channels for maximum convenience.
  6. Stay up-to-date with our products/services to maximize sales opportunities.
