We’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to provide essential administrative and technical support to our retail operations team. Position Overview: In this entry-level role, you’ll be an integral part of the Bubble Skincare team, supporting our retail operations and ensuring that our retail partners have everything they need to succeed. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on administrative support, technical troubleshooting, and data management to help keep our retail operations running smoothly. As this is a contractor role, you are for your own tax and National Insurance contributions. Key Responsibilities: ● Administrative Support: Assist the retail operations team with day-to-day tasks, including managing projects, organizing documents, and maintaining inventory records. ● Order Tracking & Documentation: Track product orders, ensure timely delivery, and maintain accurate documentation for shipments and receipts. ● Retail Data Management: Help manage and update data related to inventory, sales, and promotions in our systems; maintain accuracy and provide reports to the retail team as needed. ● Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting for our retail systems (e.g., ERP, EDI, 3PL Portals), resolve technical issues with our systems or escalate them as needed to our IT team. ● Merchandising & Promotion Support: Assist in coordinating the setup of promotional materials and in-store displays to ensure brand consistency and compliance with Bubble’s standards. ● Reporting: Generate and update regular Order Fill Rate and On Time reports to assist the retail operations team in monitoring performance. ● Special Projects: Participate in special projects to support retail operations efficiency and contribute to team goals. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; experience in retail, customer service, or administrative support is a plus. ● Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail. ● Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and a willingness to learn new software systems (experience with Netsuite and EDI system is a plus). ● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused mindset. ● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. ● Interest in the beauty industry, especially skincare, and a desire to grow in a retail operations role. ● Boots experience preferred.
