Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for multi-unit residential and commercial projects. Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project blueprints and timelines. Manage and direct construction teams and subcontractors, providing clear instructions and guidance. Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions to keep projects on schedule. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to building codes and safety regulations . Manage the delivery and inventory of construction materials on site. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor , with a strong background in multi-unit developments. Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles. Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and technical documents. Knowledge of applicable building codes and health and safety legislation. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
