About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Construction Project Manager to lead significant projects within the Randburg area. You will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful completion of construction projects, from inception to handover. This demanding role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction management principles. You will manage budgets, timelines, resources, and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a key leadership opportunity within a growing construction firm.

Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, procurement, execution, and closeout. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded. Create and maintain detailed project schedules, monitoring progress and mitigating delays. Lead and motivate project teams, including site staff, subcontractors, and consultants. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in construction project management. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract administration, and risk management. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
