Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to engage target communities and stakeholders. Organize and facilitate community events, workshops, and informational sessions to raise awareness of our services. Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and volunteers. Identify community needs and feedback to inform program development and service delivery. Track and report on outreach activities, metrics, and outcomes to measure program effectiveness. Collaborate with the communications team to develop compelling outreach materials and messaging. Requirements Proven experience in community outreach , social work, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with diverse community groups. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in basic office software and experience with CRM or database management is a plus. Passion for the charity sector and commitment to the organization's mission.
