Write and edit internal communications, including emails, newsletters, and intranet content. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and make recommendations for improvement. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in internal communication to continuously improve our strategies. Partner with HR and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all internal communication efforts. Manage and maintain internal communication platforms, such as the company intranet. Organize and execute company-wide internal events and initiatives to promote employee engagement and a positive company culture. Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking information or clarification on internal communications. Collaborate with external communications team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all company communications. Monitor and respond to employee feedback and suggestions related to internal communications. Train and educate employees on internal communication techniques and best practices.
