Commercial Offers & Promotions Lead - Apple Store Online, EMEIA London, England, United Kingdom Corporate Functions Description - End to end lead for designated commercial offers and promotions across the EMEIA region- Lead the NPI go to market commercial strategy and financing partner readiness activities- Identify opportunity areas within the business to drive performance improvements to unlock sales opportunities or accelerate growth- Lead the analysis, development and design of all commercial offers and promotions; work with finance to develop the business case and with commercial managers to align to key country strategies- Develop the offer and promotion roadmap for EMEIA, aligning closely with opportunities identified in key country plans- Support the localisation and launch of WW led promotions; represent the Geo during the design and build phases to ensure strong Geo fit- Partner with the Performance Insights team to assess the performance of Commercial Promotions and Offers; identify reporting needs and share insights on promotion performance including marketing and campaign performance- Partner with Country and Commercial Managers to identify opportunities to leverage affordability capabilities to drive new offers and promotions- Provide insights and opportunities on the overall customer behaviour to key local and global business partners, utilising internal and external data references- Develop and maintain relationships with a core group of business stakeholders and build strong regional relationships with the WW Promotions and Commercial Programs teams Minimum Qualifications Experience in commercial management, finance or project management A strong knowledge of the functions and levers associated with a retail business, including the ability to interpret and enable business insight Ability to analyse competitive offers from both a commercial and customer experience Preferred Qualifications Team worker with a demonstrable track record of working within and across functions. Excellent analytical and reporting skills Experience of developing consumer focussed offerings, leveraging key internal and external partners. Excellent time and project management skills Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Strong in Keynote Strong command of English (2nd language would be a plus), both written and spoken #J-18808-Ljbffr Salary: GBP 36000 - 60000 per year
