JOB DESCRIPTION To actively manage, grow and execute Global Markets opportunities for Global Multinational Corporation (GMNC) clients headquartered or operating in the US, UK and Europe. The role is responsible for originating and executing Global Markets opportunities, building trusted client relationships, providing market insights and solutions, and driving revenue growth across an assigned client portfolio. Responsibilities include: • Client Sales & Business Development: Proactively engage GMNC clients, identify treasury and risk management needs, originate opportunities, and drive revenue growth across Global Markets products. • Client Relationship Management: Build and deepen relationships with treasury, finance and risk stakeholders while partnering with Coverage teams to deliver a coordinated client experience. • Market Intelligence & Advisory: Provide market insights, economic trends and risk management ideas. • Product Promotion & Solutioning: Collaborate with Trading and Structuring teams to deliver tailored solutions. • Pipeline & Revenue Management: Maintain an active opportunity pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue. • Deal Execution & Client Delivery: Coordinate pricing, onboarding, transaction execution and post-trade activities. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with key product, coverage and support teams. • Risk, Conduct & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and conduct standards. QUALIFICATIONS • Degree in Business Commerce, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Risk Management or related field. • Postgraduate qualifications and relevant market certifications advantageous. Experience Required • 5–7 years' experience in Global Markets sales, client execution, treasury coverage or financial markets. • Experience engaging multinational corporate clients and treasury teams. • Knowledge of FX, rates, liquidity solutions, hedging and structured products. • Experience managing pipelines, revenue growth and stakeholder engagement.
