The Borrowdale Gates Hotel is looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our hard‑working kitchen staff. We are searching for a talented person to help us maintain our excellent culinary standards at our 2 Rosette restaurant, which delivers an amazing dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Make and create high‑quality food that meets our 2 Rosette criteria.
  • Ensure all food is made to the best quality and presentation.
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in developing new dishes and menus.
  • Contribute inventive ideas to enhance the restaurant’s reputation.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen.
