About the Role

CV Screen is recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a market-leading consultancy specialising in project, estates and capital works services. The organisation supports public and private sector clients with complex estates, capital projects and advisory services, helping them achieve successful operational and commercial outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Capital Works Project Manager to take ownership of significant projects, lead client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of a specialist consultancy. The role is fully remote, UK wide, and offers a salary of £90k plus an excellent benefits package.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of multiple capital works and asset condition projects, taking responsibility for programme, quality and client outcomes.
  • Develop project and estates strategies, including governance, reporting, business cases and procurement activities.
  • Manage client, contractor and private-sector stakeholder relationships, resolving technical and commercial matters effectively.
  • Oversee project budgets, resources, programmes and financial performance while ensuring delivery remains commercially viable.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring and quality assurance to project teams, supporting both individual development and wider business objectives.

What Experience is Required

  • Strong experience managing capital projects, estates programmes or complex project services within a consultancy or client environment.
  • Experience across areas such as business case development, procurement, stakeholder management, risk, contract management and programme delivery.
  • Excellent communication, commercial and organisational skills, with confidence managing clients, project teams and senior stakeholders.
