Key Responsibilities Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer service queries on first contact. Accurately capture, update, and log customer information in the backend CRM database. Maintain target quality metrics regarding Average Handling Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT). Escalate complex or high-risk queries to team leaders according to standard operating procedures. Essential Requirements & Qualifications Education: Matric (Grade 12) certificate is strictly non-negotiable. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
