Business Financial Analyst
<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>The role will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to help the business make informed financial decisions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and support the company’s financial forecasts, and business plans.</li><li>Analyze actual financial results against budget and forecast, and provide explanations for significant variances.</li><li>Prepare regular management reports</li><li>Monitor revenues, expenses, and key financial indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.</li><li>Assist in developing financial models, projections, and business scenarios for decision-making.</li><li>Work closely with different departments to gather and validate financial and operational data.</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost management and business performance.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data used in reports and analysis.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>With experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, or management reporting is preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.</li><li>Knowledge of financial modeling and reporting tools is an advantage.</li><li>Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different departments.</li><li>Willing to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
