This is a fully remote role based in South Africa, focused on building lasting client relationships, identifying opportunities to grow and improve our service offering, and creating genuine long-term value for the clients and candidates we work with.<br></p><p>The ideal candidate is someone who leads with curiosity and relationship first — someone who understands client needs deeply, communicates with credibility, and knows how to develop trusted partnerships over time.
