DTE Entertainment is expanding its business development network in the UAE and is looking for a motivated, well connected Business Development Associate to join us on a commission based basis.

DTE Entertainment is a Dubai based live entertainment company producing original shows and representing artists dancers, singers, acrobats, musicians, actors; for hotels, resorts, corporate events, brands and venues across the UAE.

This is a remote, field based role most of your time will be spent meeting clients and partners across Dubai and the UAE.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients across hotels, resorts, beach clubs, event agencies, corporate accounts, and lifestyle venues
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the UAE hospitality and events industry
  • Present DTE's shows, artists, and entertainment solutions to prospective clients
  • Negotiate terms and support the closing of new business opportunities in coordination with DTE's leadership
  • Keep DTE informed of ongoing conversations, leads, and pipeline status on a regular basis
  • Represent DTE professionally at industry events and networking opportunities when relevant

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Strong, established network within UAE hospitality, events, or entertainment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
  • Proactive, independent, and self-driven working style
  • Valid UAE residence visa or freelance permit
  • Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, or events is highly preferred
  • Comfortable working on a 100% commission basis, with no fixed salary at this stage

Compensation:

  • Commission based, with no cap on earnings; no fixed salary at this stage, with real growth potential based on results.
