We're looking for an experienced Business Consultant & Trainer who is passionate about customer success, business consulting, and delivering engaging training experiences.In this role, you'll work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, provide application expertise, deliver training programs, and support successful software implementations across multiple international markets.

What You Will Do As a Business Consultant & Trainer, You'll Become a Trusted Advisor To Customers Throughout Their Journey, From Pre-sales Consulting Through Implementation, Training, Go-live, And Ongoing Application Support.You Will

  • Analyze customer, market, and jurisdictional requirements to recommend the best application solutions.
  • Deliver customer consulting during pre-sales, implementation, and post-go-live activities.
  • Conduct customer needs assessments and gap analysis between business requirements and product capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and onsite training programs.
  • Create and maintain high-quality training materials, user guides, presentations, and course content.
  • Partner with Product Management, R&D, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Support teams to improve products and customer experience.
  • Prepare enhancement specifications and support product improvement initiatives.
  • Provide application support, troubleshoot customer issues, and assist with ticket resolution.
  • Support customer onboarding, go-live activities, and operational readiness.
  • Maintain training documentation, knowledge repositories, and customer learning resources.
  • Build strong relationships with customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in casino operations, gaming systems, software applications, training, consulting, or another customer-facing technical role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and customer engagement skills.Experience delivering customer training and application demonstrations.
  • Strong analytical, consulting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience gathering customer requirements and translating them into practical business solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%).Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
Nice to Have Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:
  • Casino Management Systems (CMS)
  • Gaming operations or gaming technology
  • Application support or software implementation
  • Business consulting or customer success
  • Configuration management
  • SSRS reporting or reporting tools
  • SQL or query tools
  • System integrations and workflows
