Brand Specialist (Product Marketing)

You will be a key part of the Product Marketing team, supporting on 360 marketing campaigns, activations and events as well as managing your own projects that drive brand love and trial of RedBull. You will work across the full marketing mix but be the person solely responsible for a vital point of communication between the general public and RedBull across a range of digital platforms and, as such, you will take pride in creating a positive consumer experience each and every time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we\'ll trust you with:

    Work cross-functionally in the Marketing Team on our direct-to-consumer communications to ensure unique brand and product experiences are delivered in the right way (on-brand, data-compliant, correct process etc).
    Set up and draft copy for outbound email communications within campaigns using established digital workflows, always ensuring brand personality and values are communicated in the right way.
    Ensure selective and premium communication to safeguard the brand experience for consumers.
    Regularly communicate with our Global Direct-to-Consumer team and use intranet learning tools to ensure we always follow latest guidance and learning from best practice.

    Use the web-based free goods database tool (RedBull Delivers) to ensure we manage the delivery of product to consumers in a data compliant way.
    Liaise with business-wide stakeholders to ensure full compliance with RedBull Delivers workflow wherever free goods are sent to consumers and brand partners.

    Daily checking of the consumer relations tool (Zendesk) inbox for email queries from consumers.
    Respond to queries in a way that gives consumers a positive RedBull experience and according to latest global guidelines and best practice.
    Assign requests to other stakeholders according to topic and specialism and escalate where relevant, to ensure they are closed satisfactorily.
    Develop and monitor KPIs, reporting regularly to the wider business to highlight successes and development areas for the process.

    Use the internal training tools to level-up your own knowledge of data compliance regulation in the UK and EU as relevant.
    Share updates and knowledge with the wider team to champion best practice on consumer data handling.

    You’ll support product campaigns that grow brand salience, demand and consideration (through trial) of RedBull across various occasions and moments of need, when RedBull can give someone the energy to make the most of their time and talent. You will be using your digital platform experience to create seamless engagements that influence our marketing strategy.

    You’ll support Brand Managers and Event Managers across our national campaign engagements, activations and/or event ticketing that grows brand love, consideration and consumption - whilst delivering on our brand purpose. You\'ll work with the Marketing Team to bring our brand\'s most iconic assets to life — ensuring we\'re bold, recognisable, and impossible to miss across every consumer-facing channel.
    Foster collaborative relationships across the business in the UK and with the Global team.

    Act as a brand guardian for RedBull, ensuring we communicate our brand purpose, beliefs and values along with our product benefits and attributes according to brand guidelines and in a relevant way for people in the UK.

  • It’s a proven fact that humans can’t multitask, but you are able to manage multiple workstreams at once because you’re good at prioritising and organising your workload.
  • You pay attention to the details because you take pride in your work, and you know that quality of execution comes from effort at every stage.
  • You’re able to follow detailed processes, especially ones that involve multiple digital platforms and stakeholders.
  • Digital terms and technical process don’t scare you – we’re not asking you to write the code for the website, but if we give you a flowchart and ask you to complete online forms you won’t run away.
  • You’re a self-starter but you also know when to ask for help!
  • You like people! Sounds simple, but success in this role will rely on your ability to foster collaborative relationships with lots of different people and to show understanding to everyone who sends us a query.
  • You’re good at writing – not just spelling and grammar but you enjoy putting together sentences that communicate your point with personality and precision.
  • You enjoy finding creative ways to solve problems and spending time bouncing ideas off other people.
  • Not essential, but a good knowledge of the RedBull brand personality traits and purpose would be super helpful and ensure you get a flying start to the role!
