Best Buy Business Account Manager I - (CA, NV, OR, UT, WA)

As the Best Buy Business Account Manager (AM) I, you must be a professional salesperson who has an entrepreneurial spirit, internal drive for success, and sales skills that build on a consultative selling process. As a successful AM, you will leverage the tools and resources provided by Best Buy and our vendor partners, build and maintain existing relationships with customers, prospect & generate new relationships, educate customers on our offerings and capabilities, produce credible opportunities and complete successful closure of solution sales. You will lead a consultative sales process, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive for success. You will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, balance multiple priorities at a moment’s notice and build strong relationships with internal employees, external customers, vendors and channel partners.<br><br>This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Establish a brand as a trusted business advisor to the customer.</li><li>Analyze multiple market factors to both anticipate/identify customer problems/needs and recommend appropriate solutions.</li><li>Engage cross-functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goals and meet customer needs.</li><li>Effectively balance short-term and long-term priorities.</li><li>Gain knowledge of and execute the use of internal and external resources (i.e. Navigator, Zoom info, CRM, Qlikview)</li><li>Develop and implement account plans that drive the attainment of critical business.</li><li>Engage in contract negotiation and possess strong financial/business and pricing knowledge.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>2 or more years phone based selling experience</li><li>2 or more years of experience prospecting clients</li><li>Must live in one of the states listed: CA, NV, OR, UT, WA<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field</li><li>Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft CRM, Navigator, Zoom Info or equivalent resources</li><li>Experience selling off contracts<br><br></li></ul><strong>What’s In It For You<br><br></strong>We’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
