B2B Outbound Telesales Representative

Overview A remote, part-time B2B Outbound Telesales Representative role focused on cold calling UK-based businesses. The primary objective is to engage decision-makers, gather operational data, and generate qualified leads for both telecoms and digital marketing services, passing verified opportunities to the in-house closing team.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday. 9.30am to 4.30pm (UK times), with 30 mins lunch (unpaid).
Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to UK businesses to generate qualified leads for both telecoms and digital marketing services
  • Navigate gatekeepers to identify and connect with key decision-makers within target organizations
  • Gather critical prospect data during calls, including number of phone lines, current provider, monthly spend, and contract timing
  • Qualify leads against defined criteria and pass verified opportunities to your in-house sales team for follow-up and closing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all call activity, prospect data, and lead status within provided systems
  • Engage prospects with tailored value propositions around cost savings, service upgrades, and brand or website refresh opportunities
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B outbound telesales, telemarketing, or lead generation roles
  • Strong spoken English with a neutral or UK-relatable accent
  • Excellent objection-handling skills and the ability to engage prospects in meaningful conversations
  • High level of resilience and self-motivation in a target-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail when capturing and relaying prospect information
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while remaining aligned with team objectives
Scope
  • 32,5 hours per week, aligned to UK business hours
  • Outbound calling across two business verticals: telecoms and digital marketing
  • Lead lists and calling data to be provided by your team
  • Commission structure based on qualified leads passed to the in-house team
  • Training delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams during the initial onboarding period
