B2B Lead Generation Executive

Monthly salary: R18,000–R24,000, depending on experience

Unstuck Agency is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Lead Generation Executive to join our remote team in South Africa.

You will help us start conversations with PR, marketing and professional-services agencies across the UK and US. The role is focused on researching suitable prospects, creating thoughtful outreach and generating qualified opportunities for our sales team.

You will join a small, supportive team working across South Africa and the UK. You’ll receive direct support from experienced colleagues, have input into how we approach new business and be given genuine opportunities to grow as the company develops.

What you’ll be doing

  • Researching suitable businesses and decision-makers in the UK and US
  • Creating personalised outreach across email and LinkedIn
  • Starting conversations and qualifying potential opportunities
  • Booking relevant meetings for the sales team
  • Using campaign data and feedback to improve performance
  • Working closely with the Founder and wider team to refine our sales approach
  • Supporting the onboarding and handover of new clients

Under our four-day-week model, Fridays usually involve a one-hour team session at 10:00am and a five-minute check-in at 4:00pm. Fridays become normal working days when important tasks are behind.

Who we’re looking for

  • At least one year of experience in B2B sales or lead generation
  • Evidence of independently generating qualified leads or sales meetings
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong attention to detail and a thoughtful approach to communication
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable working remotely
  • Based in South Africa
  • A degree or equivalent practical or entrepreneurial experience
