Assistant Brand Manager: Jungle

You help optimize brand performance and achieve business goals. Takes full ownership of end-to-end marketing delivery and demonstrates strong generalist capability across strategy, execution, insights, and commercial management. WHAT YOU WILL DO Brand Strategy Support: Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies that align with overall business goals. Conduct market analysis to gather consumer insights, track competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for brand growth. Help in defining brand positioning, messaging and marketing strategies. Campaign Execution: Plan and implement marketing campaigns, ensuring they are effectively executed across various channels. Assist in the creation of marketing communication materials and liaise with internal teams and external to ensure consistency in brand messaging. Co-ordinate with sales, customer and shopper marketing teams to ensure effective execution of promotions in the market. Monitor marketing activities to gather insights and feedback from- incomplete. Project Management: Support new product development and renovations by co-ordinating cross-functional teams including R&D and supply chain. Embrace cross-functional collaboration by working closely with sales, trade marketing and operations to ensure alignment of brand objectives and execution of plans. Have a working knowledge of the brand value chain and critical levers to unlock brand growth. Marketing Operations: Budget Management: Assist in managing tracking and record keeping the brand’s budget, ensuring that supplier are paid on time and in full Performance Monitoring: Track brand performance metrics, (i.e. sales, brand equity, market share, brand attributes etc) and prepare reports to evaluate brand performance and effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Demand forecasting and planning: Support the forecasting processes and ensure alignment with supply chain. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE Competencies Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights for strategic decision making. Attention to detail: Strong Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Project Management: Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external partners. Adaptability: Flexibility to respond to changing markets and competitive pressures. Experience Requires 1-3 in brand management or marketing (marketing related field i.e. brand management; agency; research). A bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field.
