URGENT HIRING: ARCHITECTURAL STAFF (Full-Time)

Office Location: White Plains, Katipunan, Quezon City

We are looking for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Architectural Staff to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate is proficient in architectural design software and has experience or strong exposure to the design and planning of government and institutional buildings, sports complexes, commercial and office buildings, parks and plazas, recreational facilities, and other architectural developments.

Applicants who demonstrate strong potential and willingness to learn may be considered for training and further development within the company.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare architectural plans, working drawings, detailed drawings, and construction documents.

  • Develop 2D and 3D architectural designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software.

  • Assist in the conceptualization, planning, design development, and documentation of various projects.

  • Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other engineering disciplines.

  • Prepare design presentations, renderings, perspectives, and other visual materials.

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Bill of Materials (BOM), material specifications, and other project documentation.

  • Assist in ensuring that plans and specifications are consistent with project requirements, applicable building codes, and relevant design standards.

  • Revise drawings and design documents based on project requirements, coordination meetings, and design reviews.

  • Assist in site inspections, project coordination meetings, and technical documentation when required.

  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure that architectural requirements are properly reflected in the project documentation.

  • Perform other architectural and technical tasks related to project development as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

  • Knowledge of other architectural visualization software such as Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Revit, Photoshop, or similar software is an advantage.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Applicants with less than one (1) year of experience are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Knowledge or experience in the design and planning of government buildings, sports complexes, recreational facilities, parks, plazas, office buildings, commercial buildings, or similar projects is highly preferred.

  • Ability to prepare complete architectural drawings and design presentations.

  • Familiarity with Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Bill of Materials (BOM), material take-offs, and basic project costing is an advantage.

  • Good understanding of the National Building Code of the Philippines and other applicable architectural and construction standards is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and design sense.

  • Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

  • Willing to learn and take on responsibilities across design, technical documentation, and project coordination.

  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced construction and design environment.

Applicants are required to attach a portfolio or sample projects showcasing their architectural work, such as:

  • Architectural plans and CAD drawings

  • 2D/3D designs

  • SketchUp models

  • Renderings and perspectives

  • Design presentations

  • Thesis or academic projects

  • Internship projects

  • Previous professional projects, if applicable

For fresh graduates, academic, thesis, and internship projects are highly welcome.
