Appointment Setter/Sales Booker - Experto Lab × Divas Gupta (WFH) - Fresher (WFH)

About the job:

This is not a customer support job. This is not a data entry job. This is a sales role- and if you're good at it, it pays like one. Experto Lab manages the entire sales backend for some of India's top coaches and creators. Right now, we're building the appointment-setting team for Divas Gupta- one of India's most recognized personal development coaches with a combined 5M+ social media following. Every day, thousands of people are already reaching out, interested, and warm. Your job is to convert that interest into booked appointments for our closing team. No cold outreach. No spam. Just smart, human conversations- on Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone- that move people from 'interested' to 'booked.' We're looking for 3 people who are sharp, consistent, and hungry. People who want to learn real sales, not just type for a salary. If you're managing college, a part-time gig, or another job on the side- this isn't for you. We need full attention, full time.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Chat with warm and hot leads on Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and email- in Hindi and English
2. Call leads when needed to qualify them and book appointments directly
3. Ask the right questions to understand where they are and move them toward a booked call
4. Follow up consistently with people who went cold- without being pushy
