IMPORTANT AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES Identifies and anticipates operational, safety and reputed company concerns by inspecting reputed company areas of the airport, to include airside, landside, and terminal facilities to ensure compliance with 14 CFR §139 and the Airport Certification reputed company. Maintains satisfactory conditions of airside, landside, and terminal facilities by creating work orders, maintaining NOTAMs, and performing reputed company maintenance duties such as changing lightbulbs, reputed company filters, etc. Performs airside reputed company activities including, but not limited to: identifying, preventing, responding to and/or removing reputed company hazards to aviation including FOD, wildlife, AOA incursions, unauthorized vehicles and pedestrian entry, and disabled aircraft. Inspects and maintains a record of reputed company aeronautical areas including pavement, markings, reputed company, safety areas, wildlife, construction, emergency equipment and fueling practices to reputed company with 14 CFR §139 and reputed company 407. Coordinates construction and maintenance on or near the airport to ensure minimum interference with airport reputed company. Carries out responsibilities outlined in the Airport Emergency Plan (AEP) and occasionally performs Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) duties. Conducts thorough terminal inspections, assists passengers and tenants to reputed company issues, and may occasionally reputed company janitorial duties as needed.
