Administration Learnership (People Living with Disability)
Description
Sasol is offering a 12-month Administration Learnership designed to provide entry-level learners with theoretical education and practical workplace experience. The programme combines an NQF-aligned learning component with on-site work exposure aimed at improving workplace readiness and developing foundational professional and administrative skills. During the practical component, learners will provide administrative support to managers and departments while developing experience in workplace processes and professional conduct.
Responsibilities
- Participate fully in the learnership programme.
- Successfully complete the required assessment process.
- Participate in all prescribed workplace-readiness activities and exercises.
- Provide administrative support to managers and departments during the practical workplace component.
- Develop and apply foundational workplace skills through theoretical and practical learning activities.
- Follow applicable workplace policies, procedures and workflow requirements.
Requirements
Essential
- Completed National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 / Matric.
- Between 18 and 29 years old.
- Currently unemployed.
- Not currently studying either full-time or part-time.
