Job DescriptionCrown Bag is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and financial support to the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting customer accounts, and ensuring efficient day-to-day administrative operations.
Requirements Grade 12 / NQF 4 3-5 years' experience in an administrative role Experience within the agriculture, manufacturing or FMCG environment will serve as a recommendation Computer literate, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Strong numerical ability Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in Afrikaans and English will serve as an advantage Duties and Responsibilities Daily capturing and allocation of customer receipts Management and maintenance of the debtor's book Process and monitor customer account transactions Approvals within delegated mandate (credit notes and sales orders) Assist with month-end administrative processes Prepare and maintain audit files for internal and external audits Compile and distribute administrative and operational reports Perform general filing, recordkeeping and document control Support the management team with ad hoc administrative tasks Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures Skills Required Strong administrative and organizational skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent client service orientation Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team Other Information The company can expire jobs at any time at their own discretion.
