Accountant – R25k/month – JHB (Germiston) – 6-month contract - Start asap – Open to all Our client in Johannesburg is looking for an Accountant with good problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills to join their team. Are you energetic with a drive for performance? Are you looking for career growth? Duties and responsibilities • Comply with the law, the company’s policies and procedures. • Willing to work overtime from time to time. • Update the relevant policies and procedures. • Compile general ledger, BEE and ad hoc accounting schedules. • Reconcile accounting schedules to TB • Process Journals • Prepare Monthly reports, including the management accounts, debtors report, sales profitability report • Compile the company budget • Prepare the TB and related supporting documents for financial audit. • Conduct the annual asset count • Assist the accounting team • Reconcile and submit VAT on SARS efiling • Forecast cash flow • Purchase orders: Placing of orders • calculate landed cost calculations • Maintain Supplier relationships If you are immediately available and meet all the above, please email your update CV in Word format along with a copy of your ID/Drivers License and qualifications to cvs4belinda@therecruiters.co.za
