Highlights
- Earn between $680k to $850k annually, with additional productivity-based earning potential. Earnings will vary based on part-time or full-time effort
- Generous Sign on Bonus
- Sustainable Team-based Model: Multiple deep night rads to foster high degree of collegial work environment
- Full (26 weeks) or part-time (17 weeks) opportunities
- Flexible overnight shifts available: 8- or 9-hour shifts from 10:00/11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. CST, with overlap coverage provided by the evening shift.
- Local radiologists are available on-site for support. Build strong relationships with referring physicians and ER Teams who value your expertise.
- Primarily ER Radiology and Inpatient Cases: Make a meaningful impact by serving patients in urgent care settings.
- Employed model with physician governance and admin support to allow clinical practice to flourish with high job satisfaction & retention
- Collegial environment: physician mentorship, team-based mentality, case sharing & healthy relationships with medical staff and administration who understand and support the value of rads
- Standardized policies & procedures - QI, safety, contrast policies, ease of communicating results; modality-based standardized imaging protocols - All to reduce interruptions of workflow.
- Remote home workstation provided with 24/365 tech/IT support provided
- IT infrastructure: VizAI, GE PACs, EPIC integrated EMR with PACS, Powerscribe One (incidental follow up recs automated), and multiple AI tools (RadAI, AiDOC) to support high quality and efficient workflow
- Remote Work Supported Across Multiple States: Work from the comfort of your own home in AL, AK, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, AND WY.
- Support level 1 Trauma centers
- Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
Training and/or Experience Required
- BC/BE in Diagnostic Radiology
- Completion of an accredited Radiology residency; fellowship training is welcome
- Eligible for medical licensure in Illinois
